Mark is the realtor you hope to find. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Ft. Myers real estate market, and he tells you what you need to do to get your house sold. I felt like other realtors I met with tried to sugarcoat things a bit and suggested a higher price than even I thought we could get for our home. He instead showed us what multiple databases as well as five pages of comps in our areas said and suggested a realistic (but still great ) price that helped our house go under contract in less than a month. He also did more behind the scenes work than we realized at first to make sure our deal was the best one possible for us. I'm bummed we moved out of state, and he can't be our realtor when we're looking to buy a home again because he really knows what he's doing.

Mark listed our home for sale on January 5th, 2024 and on February 15th, 40 days later the buyer he found had closed and the money was in our account. Absolutely an exceptional performance by any measure and we highly recommend Mark to any buyer or seller!

From the first call to the very end Mark was very honest in all the information he provided. We look at over 30 homes and he never gave up, I would text and all day about a house I wanted to see. We found a home and it fell through due to appraisal. At that point; I wanted to give up. Mark told me not give and that he will find me my home and that’s what he didn’t. He made my dreams come true one night when he got the call that the sellers wanted to go with our offer. I now a home to call my own with my family. Mark, my family and I are very grateful for all the hard work you put in to find us our first home. Not only was he our realtor during that time, he has now become a family friend.
