Mark is the realtor you hope to find. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Ft. Myers real estate market, and he tells you what you need to do to get your house sold. I felt like other realtors I met with tried to sugarcoat things a bit and suggested a higher price than even I thought we could get for our home. He instead showed us what multiple databases as well as five pages of comps in our areas said and suggested a realistic (but still great ) price that helped our house go under contract in less than a month. He also did more behind the scenes work than we realized at first to make sure our deal was the best one possible for us. I'm bummed we moved out of state, and he can't be our realtor when we're looking to buy a home again because he really knows what he's doing.

Mark was amazing! He lays out all the facts with multiple options and helps give all the information to make well informed decisions! He has knowledge in so many aspects that he was a true asset. He bent over backwards for me and made this sale a reality! I'd refer him to anyone/everyone!
